I was lucky to be able to attend the 10 week workshop this term.
It was a fabulous opportunity to learn mosaic skills and find your inner creative flair.
Over the weeks , with excellent guidance beautiful birdbaths, tabletops and plaques evolved. It was so lovely to see all the unique and beautiful creations that emerged over the weeks.
Sonya was a brilliant teacher, encouraging, skilful, helpful and friendly. She was always ready to offer advice whilst being intuitive to let people choose their own path when desired.
All equipment was provided with a great range and colour of tiles to choose from and a range cutting tools to use.
It was lovely to chat to others and a beautiful setting at Montsalvat .
I would definitely recommend as a place to dabble in mosaics!
Sonia is a friendly and welcoming teacher, and the venue at Monsalvat is superb! It's fab we had creative options with gentle guidance; Sonia's spotify playlist is spot-on; and there's also the opportunity to enjoy the gardens, geese, peacocks and cafe afterwards. In fact, I liked it so much that I'm enrolling again next term!
